Integration of systems and automation of invoicing which reduced errors while improving efficiency.

Problem Statement: The firm was struggling with manual timesheets, disjointed spreadsheets and several other manual processes. These led to inaccurate job costing, countless hours lost on admin work and less cashflow due to delayed invoicing.

The Glinbit Solution:

We deployed an integrated project management and job costing system. It allowed engineers to log hours and materials on-site via a mobile app, which fed directly into project budgets and automated client invoicing.
