Problem Statement: The business had lost majority of itās clients to competitors and was about to make a decision to close down due to not meeting expenses.

Save customer details
Customers who provided their details (phone number and email) when shopping were awarded a one off discount.
Record customer wishlists
Customers were asked to suggest products that they would have loved to buy which they could not find.
Create workflows
Workflows were set up to engage with customers via text message and email. Workflows set up were for promotional messages, Wishlist follow up on product availability, discounts and sales etc.
Implement customer tiers
Silver, gold, diamond, platinum categories were used to grade customers and offer varying incentives which encouraged customers and kept them coming back.
