Retail shop - United Kingdom

Implemented CRM for retail shop which completely transformed the business from a failing one to a leader in the industry.

Problem Statement: The business had lost majority of it’s clients to competitors and was about to make a decision to close down due to not meeting expenses.

After meeting with client and understanding the issues faced, our experienced consultants knew exactly what the solution was. We needed to win back customers by using a very personalised sales approach. Our consultant recommended and implemented a CRM which helped with the following:

  • Save customer details - Customers who provided their details (phone number and email) when shopping were awarded a one off discount.
  • Record customer wishlists - Customers were asked to suggest products that they would have loved to buy which they could not find.
  • Create workflows - Workflows were set up to engage with customers via text message and email. Workflows set up were for promotional messages, Wishlist follow up on product availability, discounts and sales etc.
  • Implement customer tiers - Silver, gold, diamond, platinum categories were used to grade customers and offer varying incentives which encouraged customers and kept them coming back.
