Retail shop - United Kingdom
Implemented CRM for retail shop which completely transformed the business from a failing one to a leader in the industry.
Problem Statement: The business had lost majority of it’s clients to competitors and was about to make a decision to close down due to not meeting expenses.
The Glinbit Solution:
After meeting with client and understanding the issues faced, our experienced consultants knew exactly what the solution was. We needed to win back customers by using a very personalised sales approach. Our consultant recommended and implemented a CRM which helped with the following:
- Save customer details - Customers who provided their details (phone number and email) when shopping were awarded a one off discount.
- Record customer wishlists - Customers were asked to suggest products that they would have loved to buy which they could not find.
- Create workflows - Workflows were set up to engage with customers via text message and email. Workflows set up were for promotional messages, Wishlist follow up on product availability, discounts and sales etc.
- Implement customer tiers - Silver, gold, diamond, platinum categories were used to grade customers and offer varying incentives which encouraged customers and kept them coming back.
Tangible Results:
- Increased sales of over 300% within 1 year
- Improvement in revenue forecasting.
